Clement graduated from the Swire School of Design at Hong Kong Polytechnic in 1986. He began his design career at Kan & Lau Design Associates, where he rose to the position of Art Director. He served the renowned design consultancy for 12 years before moving on to Landor Associates and Lloyd Northover Citigate.
In 1996, Clement started his first partnership design business and progressed to found his own graphic design company – Circle Design. Through the years, Circle Design has provided creative solutions to countless projects, among them corporate and brand identity building, packaging, annual reports and other marketing collaterals.
Clement’s professional excellence has been recognized by many local and international design awards and contests. Notably, he won the emblem design contest for the 5th East Asian Games in 2009. He has also received recognition from the Red Dot Design Award, Design for Asia Awards and HKDA Global Design Awards. He is a Full Member of the Hong Kong Designers Association, for which he had served as an executive committee member for many years.
